Board of Water Supply crews have finished replacing 17 feet water of water pipe following a break in an eight-inch water line line in Hawaii Kai  and restored water service to 20 Kalama Valley homes.

The residents were without water after a 38-year-old, eight-inch pipe broke just after 8 p.m. Wednesday at 1055 Oilipuu Place near Mokuhano Street. The repair work was completed at 8:30 this morning.
