Police arrested a 30-year-old man who failed to return to the Laumaka Work Furlough Center Wednesday after being allowed on a job-seeking pass.

Jesse Fruin was allowed to leave the Kalihi facility, but failed to return at 5:30 p.m.

Police said he was found about 1:50 p.m. Thursday and arrested for investigation of second-degree escape.
