Man returns to car in Kailua and finds theft suspect inside

Police are looking for a man who allegedly broke into a car in Kailua Sunday morning and escaped after threatening the owner with a dangerous weapon.

The 28-year-old victim told police when he returned to his car he saw the suspect in it. When the victim demanded that the suspect return stolen property, the suspect refused, threatened the victim and fled.
