Three teen-aged boys are facing robbery charges following two separate Kalihi incidents this week where suspects allegedly held up other juveniles.
In one case two boys -- ages 13 and 14 -- allegedly took money from a 12-year-old boy on Tuesday. On the following day the two same suspects stopped another 12-year-old boy and searched his pockets, but found no money, police said. Officers arrested the suspects Thursday afternoon on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
In an unrelated robbery case, three boys stopped an 11-year-old boy and one suspect -- a 13-year-old boy-- allegedly took money from the 11-year-old, police said. Officers arrested the 13-year-old suspect on suspicion of second-degree robbery, also on Thursday.
