James Standford III is scheduled to appear in Family Court this morning to face second-degree terroristic threatening and abuse of family or household member charges. His bail is set at $4,000.

Police said that Standford got into an argument with a 28-year-old woman on April 28. During the argument Standford allegedly struck the woman in the face and head while she was driving.
