Waipahu man who died in fruit-picking accident identified

The Medical Examiner's Office has identified a 77-year-old Waipahu man who was killed when he fell from a tree while picking fruit Sunday.
Diony Aguinaldo's death was caused by multiple blunt force injuries, the Medical Examiner's Office said.
