Father helps daughter find suspect and recover cellphone

An argument after school between two teenagers led to the arrest of a 19-year-old woman who allegedly stole a cell phone from a 17-year-old girl and threatened to beat her up.
Police said the suspect took the victim's cell phone from her hand during the argument at about 2:50 p.m. on Monday.
The girl told her father about the incident. He located the suspect and got his daughter's cell phone back before calling police.
Officers arrested the 19-year-old Salt Lake woman for investigation of second degree theft, terroristic threatening, and for two outstanding warrants.
