Teenager arrested for alleged threat with rock

Police arrested a 17-year-old girl who allegedly threatened another female resident of a Waipahu home for wayward youth on Sunday evening.

Police said the two teenagers got into an argument at the Waipahu residential facility. During the argument, police said, the suspect grabbed a rock and threatened a 15-year-old girl. The suspect also allegedly damaged property at the home. Police arrested her for investigation of first-degree terroristic threatening and fourth-degree  criminal property damage.
