Man arrested for allegedly trying to cash forged check

A 45-year old Ewa Beach man allegedly tried to cash a forged check at a Kalihi financial institution Tuesday morning.
Police arrested the man on suspicion of second-degree forgery, second-degree attempted theft, second-degree identity theft and unauthorized possession of confidential personal information.
