Missing teenager returns to Kapolei facility

A 15-year-old escapee turned himself into a Kapolei private health facility where he had been reported missing 10 days ago.
Police said the juvenile suspect left the facility on June 17. He returned Tuesday and police arrested him for suspicion of second-degree escape.
