A&B to sell 65 business lots in Maui

A&B Properties, Inc., the real estate subsidiary of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc., said today it has begun selling 65 light industrial, fee-simple lots in the second phase of at its 179-acre Maui Business Park in Kahului.

Chris Benjamin, president and chief operating officer of Alexander & Baldwin, said, “This project will add a diverse mix of space to Maui’s main business and retail hub.”

Alan Arakawa, A&B Properties senior vice president (who is not related to the Maui mayor of the same name), said, “The project’s 65 available lots offer an opportunity for businesses to acquire fee simple land that can be developed for warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing, retail and office use. Its central location and close proximity to Kahului Airport and Kahului Harbor are ideal for serving the Maui community.”
