A 40-year-old Kapolei man is in custody after dozens of alleged violations of a restraining order taken out by his wife.
James Kelly allegedly called or had others call his wife numerous times after she had obtained a restraining order against him, police said.
He was arrested Tuesday in Kapolei on suspicion of 101 offenses of violating a temporary restraining order or a protective order.
He was charged with 45 counts of violating an order for protection and remained at Oahu Community Correctional Center today in lieu of $90,000 bail.
