A 36-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly threatened his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend from the street as they were in their 8th floor apartment in Makiki in April, police said.

The man repeatedly circled the 34-year-old woman's apartment in his pickup April 17, then got out and yelled threats at the woman and her 28-year-old boyfriend as they were in their apartment, police said.

One of the victims allegedly saw the man point what appeared to be a black handgun in the direction of their lanai.

The man then got back in his truck and left.

Officers arrested him Tuesday afternoon for investigation of two counts of terroristic threatening.
