Police arrest boyfriend in alleged abuse incident in May

Police arrested a 41-year-old man with no local address who allegedly kidnapped and abused his 36-year-old girlfriend May 21.
The man allegedly forced the woman into his car, then drove around with her legs hanging out the window, police said.
He allegedly inflicted bodily injury to her as he drove around, police said.
Police arrested the man this afternoon on suspicion of kidnapping and abuse of family or household member.
