Hmmmmmmm, nothing good happens after Midnight. Kuhio Street should have a curfew posed on it, especially after the Christopher Deedy shooting incident. No Stores in that area should expect to make any money/profit late at night. So we will have to wait until a Tourist is (God Forbid) is robbed, injured, or Killed, before the CLowns in Office decide it's time to address the Crime in the Kuhio street area.
