Boy arrested in Pearl City for allegedly punching sister

A 17-year-old boy was arrested today for punching his sister in Pearl City, police said. 

The boy, angry because he realized his 16-year-old sister may have been taking things from his bedroom, punched her and also hit her with a flashlight, causing pain, about 8 a.m., police said. 

He was arrested for investigation of abuse.

who calls the cops on this one. the parents? the parents obviously cant control their kids, so they call the cops. great, unless the kid is a mess already, this makes it worse. then again, the kid could be just like his dad and beat women. who knows. there are 2 stories today of teens hurting their younger sister.
