I good reporter would find some specifics, like does the driver have and intact drivers license? does he have auto insurance? Nowadays alot of drivers don't have the basics to be driving on the roadways.

My simpathy to the family in this time of their lost. It's time we replace the Pearl City representatives at this next election! Speeding in our Pearl City neighborhood should not be tolerated any more! Come on community lets show our power and vote in new leaders! Physical methods to slow down traffic in our neighborhoods shoule be implemented and haven't. Let's vote in new representatives!!
