A 45-year-old homeless man was arrested Monday morning on suspicion of stealing copper wiring from a Sand Island building.
Witnesses called police at 1:37 a.m. after hearing noises coming from a roof top of a building on Sand Island Access Road and seeing two men standing next to a shopping cart full of what appeared to be copper wiring.
