Man allegedly assaults, robs another man at Ala Moana bus stop

A man was arrested after he allegedly assaulted and robbed a man at a bus stop near Ala Moana Center early Monday morning.
Police said that the 39-year-old suspect, of no permanent address, assaulted the victim, 52, and took property from his pocket as he was sitting on a bench near the shopping mall about 2:30 a.m. The suspect was arrested at 2:57 a.m. at the mall. He was being held for investigation of second-degree robbery and for violating a court order.
