Rainbow Wahine move up in volleyball poll after big weekend

Sunday's four-set victory over Stanford led to the Hawaii women's volleyball team replacing the Cardinal as the No. 6 team in the AVCA Coaches Top 25 poll released today.

The Rainbow Wahine (3-0) moved up two spots from their preseason No. 8 ranking.

Nebraska, which defeated preseason No. 1 UCLA Saturday, jumped two spots into first with 32 first-place votes. Texas remained at No. 2 followed by UCLA, Penn State and USC.
