A 23-year-old McCully man who allegedly threatened to kill a co-worker with a knife turned himself in today to police.

Police said the man and a 25-year-old co-worker were arguing at work Aug. 22, when the two men agreed to settle the dispute.

The 25-year-old followed the 23-year-old outside, when the younger man allegedly pulled out a knife and allegedly threatened to kill the other man.

The suspect chased the older man, who fled inside the building, police said.

Other employees separated the two men, and the suspect agreed to turn himself in.

The incident occurred at 10:12 p.m. Aug. 22.

The man surrendered to police at the main station and was arrested on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening.

Police released him pending investigation.
