House fire leaves Kona man homeless

One man is homeless following an early morning fire that destroyed a house on the Kona coast of Hawaii island.
Fire fighters responded to a 12:36 a.m alarm on Telephone Exchange Road in Honaunau.
Officials said the home was destroyed.
The Red Cross said it is assisting one man who lived in the home.
