Collision on Kaukonahua Road sends 2 to hospital

Police closed Kaukonahua Road in both directions Monday morning between Thompson Corner and Weed Circle following a two-car crash that sent two men to the hospital.
The crash happened just before 7:50 a.m., an Emergency Medical Services supervisor said.
Two 22-year-old men were taken in serious condition to local hospital, the supervisor said.
The road reopened just before 10:30 a.m.
