State sheriffs arrested 39 people and cleared 60 warrants during a sweep by the Special Operations Section Fugitive Unit on Tuesday night.
The sweep targeted grand jury, probation and parole violators, as well people with outstanding criminal warrants.
The warrants included 12 felonies and 48 traffic counts.
Of the 39 arrested, seven were unable to post bail and jailed at the Honolulu Police Department’s Beretania Street station.
People with outstanding warrants are urged to turn themselves in, state Sheriff Shawn Tsuha said.
