Bank robbery suspect also implicated in Kaneohe robbery

A man arrested on suspicion of robbing a Kailua bank may also be responsible for another robbery, police said.
Police on Thursday arrested a 31-year-old man with no local address for allegedly robbing the Kailua branch of Hawaii National Bank on Sept. 7.
While in custody, police determined the man was also a suspect in the Sept. 14 robbery of a Kaneohe financial institution, Advance Til Payday, and arrested him for investigation of that crime.
