By Star-Advertiser staff

Four men allegedly tried to rob a Kalihi bar Friday night.

The men entered Cafe Bronco, claiming the 52-year-old bar owner owed them money, police said. They threatened the owner and tried to steal a touch-screen video machine, but eventually fled empty-handed in a waiting vehicle, police said.

The incident happened about 7:40 p.m. Friday.

Police located three of the men, who were identified by witnesses, and the vehicle.

They arrested an 18-year-old man with no local address and a 19-year-old Kapahulu man and a 19-year-old Salt Lake man on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
