Teens arrested in Makiki car break-ins

Two teenage boys were arrested early this morning for allegedly breaking into cars in Makiki.
Witnesses said they saw the two boys — 14 and 16 — break into a car at 2:05 a.m. and called police. When police arrived the pair had broken into a second car.
