Kunia man arrested for allegedly trying to strangle wife

A 32-year-old man was arrested early Monday morning after he allegedly tried to strangle his wife during an argument in their Kunia home.
Police said the couple were arguing at 1:30 a.m. when the argument began to get physical and the husband allegedly tried to strangle his wife. The 39-year-old woman was taken to the hospital in stable condition. Her husband was arrested on suspicion of abuse of a household member.
