Kailua man charged in sex assault on teen girl

Prosecutors charged a 36-year-old man Wednesday for allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl last year.
Police said the man assaulted the girl on July 16, 2011.
Robert K. DeSoto of Kailua was arrested Tuesday and charged today on three counts of first-degree sexual assault.
His bail was set at $100,000.
