A 22-year-old homeless man was arrested early Wednesday morning after he was caught spray painting the wall of a dentist building in McCully with graffiti.

A witness, who saw the suspect defacing a building on South King street, called police at 1 a.m. The witness and her friends detained the suspect until police arrived.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion for property damage. Two cans of spray paint were found.

He was also arrested for four outstanding warrants.
