Police arrest teen for alleged theft, assault

A 15-year-old boy was arrested Thursday night for two separate incidents in Moilili where he allegedly stole a knife from one man then used it to threaten another person.

Police said the suspect allegedly took the knife from a 27-year-old man and then used it to threaten a 22-year-old man riding a bicycle at 10:20 p.m. 

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree assault, third-degree theft and disorderly conduct.
