C&C infrastructure deteriorating; Mufi neglected C&C infrastructure so that money to fix sewers & old water pipes can be allocated to the rail project to be executed by his disciple Kirk Caldwell if elected for mayor.

Fix our infrastructure. Our water bills keep going up. Our sewer fee keeps going up. Use the .5% excise tax for rail and fix our infrastructure. My vote goes for Ben Canyetano. Stop rail and fix what we have.
