Missing Makiki man turns up in Florida

Police have cancelled the missing person alert for a 41-year-old Makiki man who was last seen at his Punchbowl home Wednesday.
Police said that Christopher Adams was located today in Sumter County, Fla.
He was reported missing Wednesday by his brother.
Honolulu police said they were notfied at 3 this morning by Florida authorities that Adams had turned himself in and had been undergone a medical checkup.
