Man arrested for allegedly throwing rock at man in wheelchair

Police arrested a 53-year-old man who allegedly threw a rock injuring a 70-year-old man in a wheelchair in Waikiki today.
Police said the younger man allegedly spat on the older man.
When the man in the wheelchair tried to defend himself, the man threw a rock at his head. The man was taken to a hospital for treatment in good condition.
Police arrested the suspect on suspicion of second-degree assault.
