Man with dementia found downtown

Honolulu police canceled a missing person bulletin this morning after finding an 82-year-old man who has dementia.
Seichi Kawamoto was found at about midnight at Bishop and King streets, police said. He had been last seen around noon Sunday at the Keeaumoku Walmart.
