Don't be alarmed if you hear warning sirens going off in the Kalihi, Sand Island, airport and Alewa Heights areas this morning.

State Civil Defense is continuing siren tests today between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Sirens tested today are located at the Kalakaua Recreation Center, Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu Airport Maintenance Yard, Alewa Heights and at Honolulu Community College.

The tests are being conducted to make sure the sirens work.

Oahu residents may call State Civil Defense at (808)733-4300 if they have any questions or concerns about the tests.
