Man, 72, arrested for allegedly threatening another man with dangerous weapon

A 72-year-old Kaneohe man is in custody after he allegely threatened another man during an argument Sunday afternoon.

Police said the suspect and a 47-year-old man were arguing when the suspect threatened to use a dangerous weapon. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening.

And yet again another "threatening" case. This 'so called' Law just takes up space and time for something one person said that the other person said he 'might' do. The question is, did he do anything to make it happen and DID it happen. Evidently, it did NOT happen, because it is NOT an assault case. And since a threat is NOT something that can be physically dragged into Court, The Law and Courts will have to resort to another intangible, he "intended" to do it. As if they are able to pry open someone's brain, run it through a Machine and spit out some kind of evidence that it was in his brain somewhere in his thinking process. Lawyers are brainwashed in Law school that intangibles are evidence of fact. Pity.
