Man seriously injured in fall while fishing off Maui

A 51-year-old man suffered head injuries Tuesday when he fell while fishing outside of Kapalua Bay on Maui.
Maui paramedics reported that fall occurred at 10:55 a.m. and the Coast Guard treated the victim on the charter boat and took him to Lahaina Harbor.
The victim was then taken in serious condition to Maui Memorial Medical Center.
