Man seriously injured when bitten in crotch by dog

Paramedics took an 18-year-old man to a hospital after a dog bit him in the crotch Tuesday evening in Haleiwa.
An Emergency Medical Services supervisor said the man was in serious but stable condition following the 6:30 p.m. attack.
