Leeward coast residents can go back to normal water usage

The Board of Water Supply says Leeward coast residents from Honokai Hale to Hakimo Road no longer have to conserve water as their system has fully recovered.
A break in a 24-inch water main on Saturday caused a drained reservoirs, causing a temporary water shortage.
