Governor to submit budget to Legislature

By Associated Press

Gov. Neil Abercrombie says he plans to submit his administration's proposal for a two-year state budget through 2015.

Abercrombie on Monday called an afternoon news conference to discuss the proposal.

Abercrombie said earlier this month his budget planners were cautiously anticipating the state would need to make up anywhere from $25 million to $40 million in lost federal funds, depending on how Washington acts on the so-called fiscal cliff.

Abercrombie says the state is taking the approach that if the federal government can't pay for it, the state will.

Hawaii's budget for fiscal year 2013 is $11.3 billion.

Here we go again. Dictator Abercrombie IS going after ali'i lands to make up for the "budget shortfall."

Dictator Abercrombie is using the PLDC to steal more.. this time from HAWAIIANS.

These are NOT "public lands" or "ceded lands" which he calls them. These are CROWN LANDS... also known as ali'i lands. He is a thief.

By the way taxes" is stealing too. People's money and hard work.

Money in the form of taxes should NOT go to any American government. Instead it should go directly to the keiki and mo'opuna instead! Shame on Dictator Abercrombie for wanting MORE! He is not satisfied with what he has. He wants it ALL! Auwe!

If he cuts funding to the UH Marine Center he would save 150,000,000.00. I mean $150,000,000.00 for 850 jobs, thats like $176,000.00 per government job. Sounds like an awful lot of waste to me.
