Aala Park man arrested after row over eviction

A 58-year-old man was assaulted when he tried to evict a man from an Aala Park-area apartment. police said.

Police said that, during an argument between the two men Tuesday night, the 62-year-old tenant allegedly also took a cellphone and fled. The victim refused medical attention.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
