Let's not joke about a very serious issue. Why just yesterday a security guard was viciously attacked by an alleged assailant with a rock. Now if he had been armed with an uzi or an AK47 she would have managed to stop him with one call to the NRA but nnooooooo..... he had to use a rock.

The Diamond Head Look-out certainly has its share of violent crimes. The culprit who previously stabbed a young man, has special priveleges to attend community on-site campus. That was a very violent stabbing too. What's with this locale? Kind of hex or "kahuna" on this site? Maybe a "kapu" should be placed on this site, or until a "kahuna" can bless the cite and oust the curse that is residing there..

The police were at the area where the homeless have made camp. They are above the dh road and below the road further down the road from the lookouts. Place getting smelly and dirty. Whatever you do, don't go on the dh mountainside above the road and don't go through the bushes between the road and the ocean.

We never go to Waikiki. With the homeless and cronics that coastline has become dangerous. Hope they never venture to the West.

Wait... did I just read that right? Someone from Nanakuli is afraid of Waikiki?

I was scratching my head, too. Like they don't have their share of homeless and chronics. And, it's spelled C-H-R-O-N-I-C-S.

Oahu would be one of the most dangerous areas to live during an economic collapse. The fact that we have the highest cost of living, the highest population density per square mile, need to import 90% of everything, and we're basically trapped on an island. If you can't run, you gotta stand your ground with the great equalizer.

The innocents need more protection. We are like the mainland cities with high crime/easy victims. May need to carry an equalizer to protecting your loved ones. Bet plenty people carrying now. Can't count on the law. They too busy doing other things The laws need changing, no need to put a person in jail for protecting his family.
