Body identified as that of missing tourist

Hawaii County fire officials identified the body recovered Monday afternoon from a Papaaloa river as that of Yogi Yoswara, 31, the California man who had been missing since Dec. 19.

Fire rescue personnel located Yoswara's body 100 yards downriver from where his car was found.
