H-3 reopened following tractor-trailer crash

Police have closed off the H-3 heading toward Kaneohe from the Moanalua freeway due to multiple vehicle accidents in the tunnel, including an 18-wheel truck that jackknifed and is leaking diesel fuel.
There are three other accidents in the same area, police said.
Motorists are advised to use Pali and Likelike highways.
