Honolulu-bound lanes of Likelike reopened after fallen tree removed

The Honolulu-bound lanes of Likelike Highway are reopened after crews cleared a tree that fell across road early this morning.

The tree fell near the Burmeister Overpass. Work crews with chainsaws cleared the tree from the highway.

City/State should cut trees that are close to the highways and roadways. Trees and branches fell on Likelike and Pali roads before, shutting it down. Don't need trees that close to roads.
