Problems in Waianae again? This area is known for the violence and drugs. Get in, get a job, get counseling but get out! Why does this area have constant problems? There are a lot of scammers out there too, one in particular that goes around posing as a contractor and ripping people off. A female mid 50's wants to get noticed so tries do good in one area and scams people in the next. She also goes around telling people she works for a lawyer and scams them out for outrageous fees. She is at the lawyers office a lot so they must be in business together.
