Beretania lanes to be closed for work on water line

Board of Water Supply crews will be closing two lanes at a time on South Beretania Street between Piikoi and Keeaumoku streets next week to install a new water service line.
The closure will be from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Jan. 28, to Feb. 1.
The excavation and installation work will close two lanes of South Beretania Street near Wong’s Drapery, beginning with the far left two lanes, and will move across the street as work progresses.
Three lanes will remain open for traffic and bus routes will not be affected.
