Police said the suspect tried to make the sale Sunday night in Waipahu. So, is it safe to say he attempted to sell it to an undercover officer? Also, QA is needed. "He was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession or a firearm, trying to sell AN unregistered firearm and another firearms violation."
