A 43-year-old convicted felon was arrested Sunday after he allegedly tried to sell an unregistered firearm.

Police said the suspect tried to make the sale Sunday night in Waipahu. He was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession or a firearm, trying to sell an unregistered firearm and another firearms violation.
