Pearl City man arrested after domestic argument

A 52-year-old Pearl City man was charged Tuesday with threatening a female housemate during an argument.
Police said the couple aren’t related.
Jay Villiaros was charged with second-degree terroristic threatening. His bail was set at $500.
The alleged threat occurred while the suspect was arguing with a 26-year-old woman at their home at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday.
